Eliane Blanch brings over fifteen years of experience in stakeholder engagement, external affairs and business management across diverse sectors. Comfortable operating in international environments, her career has spanned multiple countries and is grounded in an academic background covering Business Management, International Trade, and Maritime Policy and Sustainability.

Since joining IMPA in 2018, Eliane has played a crucial role in overseeing and optimising business operations while strengthening relationships with its global membership and key stakeholders. In 2024, the Executive Committee of IMPA entrusted Eliane with establishing the IMPA Foundation, a charitable initiative dedicated to investing in maritime talent through education. She led its creation from concept to launch and continues to direct the Foundation’s strategy, reporting to the Board of Trustees.
